My name is Julien Galibert, I am currently living in the south of France where I am working as an environment artist for the video game industry.
Indeed, I have been working for “Midgar Studio” for 6 years. 🙂
I’m passionate of art in general, but my favorite kind is video game art. That is why I quickly chose to work in this domain.

Since I began my career in the video game industry, I had the opportunity to work on numerous very interesting projects:
- Zeeek (musical runner, mobile game)
- Swap swap (Reflexion, mobile game)
- Hover: Revolt of gamer (Futuristic racer game, PC PS4 ONE Switch)
- Echo Squad (Immersive escape game, specialized room)
- Edge of Eternity (JRPG, PC PS4 ONE)
Thanks to these experiences, I master modern workflows and optimization processes.
I work mostly with these software: Unity, substance Designer/Painter, zbrush, Maya, Photoshop, Rizom.
I’m a huge fan of the “Substance’s software”, and every day I spend time in order to improve my skills in procedural material creation! Recently, I decided to challenge myself as you can see in the project part of the website!
